Maria Anna Weber and her late husband Bruno created the largest sculpture park in Switzerland. Today, she remains active at the park above Dietikon and Spreitenbach, preserving the legacy of her artist husband.

Retrospective - General Assembly and Atmospheric Evening

On Friday, April 10, 2016, the regular General Assembly of the Friends of Bruno Weber Park association took place in the Water Garden Hall. Association President Urs Rufer welcomed the board, representatives of the foundation, and numerous members, and swiftly guided them through the agenda.

Following the assembly, numerous guests entered the hall to commemorate Bruno Weber on the occasion of his 95th birthday. The atmospheric memorial service began at 7:30 PM with welcoming words by Maria Anna Weber and Urs Rufer. Interleaved with musical pieces performed by Trio Trello, Helene Arnet shared lesser-known anecdotes and episodes from Bruno Weber's life.

The program performed by Trio Trello featuring Esther Arnet (accordion), Guido Arnet (violin), and Silvan Fischbacher (clarinet) delighted the guests and contributed greatly to the contemplative, festive atmosphere. The guests were culinary treated on behalf of the Friends Association with Italian catering from Mercato, Dietikon.

Easter Egg Hunt in the Bruno Weber Park - a Resounding Success

On Saturday, April 5, the traditional Easter egg hunt took place in the Bruno Weber Park, attracting over 1,250 visitors - including many families, guests from various cantons, and international visitors who became aware of the event via the internet. Under bright blue skies and warm temperatures, the entire park was bustling with activity. Over 1,000 colorful eggs were hidden, sparking great enthusiasm among seekers young and old. As a reward, those who found the colored eggs received a wooden yo-yo.

Raffle

Since autumn 2025, visitors to the Bruno Weber Park have been able to participate in a raffle in the Water Garden Hall. Admission vouchers are raffled monthly, and the annual raffle features a grand prize: Bruno Weber's third book, "Bruno Weber - Ein Lebenswerk" (A Life's Work). Among the lucky winners of 2025 whom we are permitted to publish are:

• Helene Grandner, winner of the third book by Bruno Weber "Bruno Weber - Ein Lebenswerk"
• Sandra Hofer, winner of an admission voucher worth CHF 30 (2 admissions)
