The Bruno Weber Gesamtkunstwerk Foundation is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Bruno Weber's total work of art. Bruno Weber was a Swiss artist and architect of Fantastic Realism. He created the unique Bruno Weber Park in Spreitenbach, above Dietikon, just outside Zurich. It is the largest sculpture park in Switzerland.
Managing Director
As Managing Director, you will take on the responsibility for the operational activities of the Bruno Weber Gesamtkunstwerk Foundation and the operation of the Bruno Weber Park. You will ensure that strategic decisions are implemented, coordinate the communication between operational activities and the Board of Trustees, and actively shape the promotion and preservation of Bruno Weber's total work of art.
Your Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the implementation of the strategy and operational management of the foundation
- Further development of the foundation's strategy in close cooperation with the Board of Trustees
- Organization and management of key administrative tasks
- Personnel management
- Optimization of internal processes
- Preparation of decision-making frameworks for the Board of Trustees
- Ensuring sustainable financial management
- Development and execution of marketing and fundraising strategies
- Responsibility for partnerships, projects, and exhibitions
Your Profile:
- Professional business experience (ideally in the art or cultural sector)
- Affinity for art
- Knowledge of cultural management
- Experience in personnel leadership is an advantage
- High level of initiative, organizational skills
- Proficient user of standard office software and IT tools
- Independent and structured way of working, and readiness to assume responsibility

Cashier & Park Operations Assistant
As a Cashier & Park Operations Assistant, you will take on responsibility for park operations. You are the face of the park for visitors, ensure smooth processes on-site, look after the best possible presentation of Bruno Weber's unique work, and actively contribute to the ongoing development of operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Opening and operating the ticket office and kiosk for visitors
- Assisting guests with inquiries
- Conducting supervision and park duty
Your Profile:
- Experience in cash handling or retail is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- High flexibility and service orientation
- High level of initiative, organizational skills
- Affinity for art and nature is an advantage
